About Us
Our family
I was born on the Plains of Colorado. I was the 7th of 9 siblings. My parents then moved our family to Kansas City Missouri in 1964. In 1969 we moved to Overland Park Kansas. This is where Our father passed away. Mother then moved us to Desoto KS and then back to the Westport area of Kansas City.
We then moved to Belton Mo Where I attended 6th-12th grade.
At the age of 18, I joined the United States Air Force where I was lucky enough to be assigned to the 4507th CAMS at Shaw AFB South Carolina. Working on O2-A, OV-10A, and the CH-3E.
I was then lucky enough to be assigned to the 435th OMS Enroute Section Rhien-Main AB Germany where we worked on Many aircraft includeing the C-5A, C-141A & the C-141B.
After recieving my discharge in 1981 I went back home only to meet my wife and best friend, Carolyn. She had 2 sons already, and we had 2 more sons of our own.
After my mother passed away we moved here to Wheaton, Mo in 1991.
Our sons are all men now, and our first grandchild, thanks to John II, Serinity Adawniah was born in Feb of 2005 in Gravette Arkansas.
The History or Story Behind My Site
I started this site to help area farmers and to get some ideas from them.
I feel us good ole boys (rednecks) have to work together to keep the small family farms alive.
Corperate farming is takenig over in Missouri and pushing the family farm to extintion.
